Technical and Bespoke Fabrication
Greenbank Terotech undertakes a wide range of fabrication projects, from small-bore ceramic-lined bends for abrasion-resistant duty in steel plants to large-frame ducting and more bespoke fabrication, such as the manufacture of a 95% scale model of an Airbus A380 and mass-produced cab structures destined for the transport and rail network.

Greenbank Terotech undertakes a wide range of piping and conveying projects across a host of different industrial sectors. From small-scale, ‘one-off’ projects to major conveyancing systems for power stations and other heavy industrial settings.
We also design, manufacture and install an extensive range of abrasion-resistant lining systems, including cast basalt and zirconium corundum ‘Zalcon’ lined pipework that delivers unrivalled performance in the most demanding environments.
Made from one of the hardest forms of natural stone, a cast basalt-lined pipe can outlast more traditional systems, while also improving the flow rate of both liquids and solids they are used to transport.
Cast basalt tile and zirconium corundum tile ‘Zalcon’ are also extremely versatile and suitable for installation in a wide range of settings and applications within heavy industry.
Complementing these fused basalt solutions is a range of ceramic lining systems, including alumina ceramic-lined pipes. Made from oxide ceramic materials, they also offer a host of benefits designed to enhance performance and extend operational life.
