Greenbank Awarded Silver Standard

IIP Silver
The Greenbank Group UK are proud to announce they have been re-assessed and awarded the Investors in People (IIP) Silver Standard building on their success in 2010 when the Bronze standard was achieved.

On awarding the Greenbank the IIP awarding body commented "the Silver Standard is a very challenging one to meet and is increasingly seen as a measure of a quality employer. The success reflects on the efforts of everyone who works for the organisation”.

To reach the Silver standard, Greenbank achieved 133 individual requirements from the Investors in People framework, across a range of different aspects including business strategy plans, learning and development techniques and how social responsibility is part of the culture of the organisation. After interviewing staff from across the business the final report from Investors in People said “the core values are at the heart of the organisation and people are able to confidently explain what they are and how they contribute” and “the performance review process is well embedded and supports the learning and development cycle with staff feeling the process was meaningful with clear outcomes”.

Charles Conroy, Greenbank’s Managing Director, stated “I am proud of the achievements of the team here at Greenbank. Being recognised by Investors in People shows we care about the training and development of our staff. By achieving the Silver standard this demonstrates that the company goes above and beyond the usual requirements to offer a supportive and motivational environment to work and succeed in”.
