Franklyn Yates Engineering limited have acquired a suite of offices and three workshops which sit within over an acre of land at 12 Dock Road Industrial Estate, Connah's Quay, Deeside in North Wales.
The industrial complex incorporates an office block, workshops and a large concrete yard. There are two workshops for stainless steel and one workshop for carbon steel fabrication.
The acquisition of these workshops enables Franklyn Yates Engineering limited to offer our clients a more complete service which is being driven with the requirement for more off site manufacture. As well as moving into the North West offices and workshops, Franklyn Yates Engineering limited are going to complement this service with the provision of 3D modelling as part of its commitment to BIM (Building Information Modelling). This will be managed from the North West regional offices once the refurbishment is complete.
