Franklyn Yates Engineering received a commendation for their rapid response to a problem at Mogden STW at Twickenham, Greater London.
Rob Cullen; Delivery Project Manager for Costain and Eight2O said ""Just a short note to express my thanks to Dave Dallison and Gary Fairman for attending Mogden STW yesterday to rectify the issue that made itself known at 5.30am regarding Pumping Station 9. The swift response, 'can do' attitude and no-nonsense approach enabled the Gravity Belt Thickeners to be brought back online within 4 hours of the issue being known. The root cause was a failure of the existing thrust block, nothing to do with the Franklyn Yates Engineering installation in the chamber. Yet again another prime example of Franklyn Yates Engineering looking after their customer and the end user.""
