Greenbank Terotech Limited’s Heavy Industries Division specialises in the design, manufacturing, fabrication, refurbishment and installation of pipework systems, abrasion and corrosion resistant linings, classifier mills, tanks, valves, allied equipment and quality steel fabrication.

Design
Our design office, using the most up to date computer aided design software and equipment, undertake initial site survey through to final commissioning. The processes include:

• Detailed survey of existing plant
• Design proposal studies
• Detail design of specialist equipment
• Breakdown and analysis of customer designs and arrangement drawings
• Detailed programming and issue of manufacturing instructions to works and suppliers.

All projects designed to BS EN ISO 9001:2000 Quality Standards.

Manufacture and Fabrication
The production facility has been purpose designed to produce specialist fabrication and sophisticated lining techniques.

Fabrication work includes pipework, supports, silos, vessels, chutes, launders, hoppers, valves, splitters, riffles, dampers, cyclones, exhauster casings, walkway gantries, pump housings, feeders, head-chutes, conveyors and general steel work.

Manufacturing workshops are equipped with suitable plant i.e., Guillotines, Rollers, Benders, Formers etc to reduce material movement. These are located within the production lines. A range of purpose built machines are used for most of our products to reduce handling , and increase operating efficiency.

Installation and Site Service
The site service department maintains experienced personnel for installing, repair and maintaining both our own specialist equipment and plant supplied by others. The department undertakes project management, erection of pipework, supports, steelwork, chutes, hoppers, launders and proprietary plant and equipment.
