Greenbank are renowned for producing specialist fabrication and sophisticated lining techniques, to date fabrication work has included; pipework, supports, silos, vessels, chutes, launders, hoppers, valves, splitters, riffles, dampers, cyclones, exhauster casings, walkway gantries, pump housings, feeders, head-chutes, conveyors and general steel work.
On site workshops are equipped with guillotines, rollers, benders, formers etc to reduce material movement and a range of purpose built machines are used for most products to reduce handling, and increase operating efficiency.
In addition to producing industry leading specialist abrasion resistant lining systems, Greenbank offers a fully comprehensive fabrication service and manufacturing can range from small bore to large heavy fabrications and duct work..
To complement the manufacturing capabilities, Greenbank offers full engineering design and site installation services – from initial site survey and detailing through to final commissioning.
