Greenbank supporting power generation through coronavirus outbreak

India order

As a key supplier to the energy sector, Greenbank is helping to keep the lights on through the coronavirus pandemic.

Whilst following government guidelines to help prevent the spread of the virus, our manufacturing facility in Woodville, Derbyshire continues to deliver engineering solutions for power plants in the UK and overseas.

Earlier this month we successfully shipped two bespoke examples of our proven fuel distribution technology and equipment to plants in India.

The Greenbank CoalFlo®fuel balancing dampers and PFMS®relative mass flow measurement technology work in tandem on multi-outlet mill configurations without splits in the pulverised fuel piping.

This helps the burners to operate at their optimal level, boosting efficiency while lowering emissions.
