	EASY MAINTENANCE:
	The Model 455 is designed to last the life of the plant. It requires less down time for calibration, maintenance or replacement of parts. Idler roll bearings are sealed for life and never need lubrication.
	ACCURACY:
	Merrick has designed a system that is repeatable up to +/- 0.25% of set rate, at two sigma, based on at least two belt revolutions and 1,000 counts on the master totalizer. In addition, totalized weight readings will be accurate to within +/- 0.25% of test weight.
